Klaus Larres, the Richard M Krasno Distinguished Professor in the History department at UNC-Chapel Hill, will speak about the future of U.S. foreign relations after the election. Larres is an expert on contemporary U.S. and German/EU foreign, economic, and security policies toward the transatlantic world and China and S.E. Asia.
The talk will be introduced & moderated by a scholar from IIT Bombay in Mumbai, India.
